The trial of the culprits in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case is scheduled to be held in Patiala House Court today. It is believed that the court can issue a new death warrant against the culprits today. The petition filed by Tihar Jail Administration and Nirbhaya's families will be heard again today. In their petition, the petitioners have demanded a fresh death warrant against Nirbhaya's convicts.
साल 2012 दिल्ली गैंगरेप मामले में आज दोषियों की फांसी को लेकर पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में आज सुनवाई होने वाली है। माना जा रहा है कि कोर्ट आज दोषियों के खिलाफ नया डेथ वारंट जारी कर सकती है। तिहाड़ जेल प्रशासन और निर्भया के घरवालों की ओर से दायर की गई याचिका पर आज फिर से सुनवाई होगी। अपनी याचिका में याचिकाकर्ताओं ने निर्भया के दोषियों के खिलाफ नए सिरे से डेथ वारंट जारी करने की मांग की है।
